DCTY is an independent and privately managed micro art gallery aimed to provide a platform for local artists to showcase their works. One of its goals is to deliver a unique art experience and shared humanity to art enthusiasts, patrons, and collectors through its innovative gallery management. Finally, DCTY vows to be inclusive and sustainable in all its exhibits and engagements.

DCTY Micro Art Gallery is born out of the ardor of art enthusiasts, MSME entrepreneurs, and local artists. It is currently managed by Gid Flores and Matt Gutierrez with Dr. Ann Theresa Bolos as consultant. The office is housed at Cups & Berry, Arellano, Dagupan.
