DCTY Micro Art Gallery is born out of the ardor of art enthusiasts, MSME entrepreneurs, and local artists. It is currently managed by Gid Flores and Matt Gutierrez with Dr. Ann Theresa Bolos as consultant. The office is housed at Cups & Berry, Arellano, Dagupan.
